Venue: F1 Pit Building
Dates: 27 and 28 Feb 2026
Admission: From $20 (Eligible for SG Culture Pass)
The Chingay Parade returns to the F1 Pit Building this February, offering a vibrant, high-energy outing for families. Families can look forward to a truly glowing multicultural celebration of hopes and dreams, bringing Singaporeans of all backgrounds together through the parade!
First-of-its-Kind 360-Degree Experience

This year’s edition is particularly special for families with children aged three and up.
For the first time in Chingay history, families will not just watch the parade pass by; they will be surrounded by it.
The ring-shaped arena surrounding a circular multi-tier stage is designed to create a 360-degree immersive experience. For children, this means there is excitement in every direction, transforming traditional spectators into active participants. The design aims to amplify the visual impact of the performances, ensuring that the dazzling lights and colours engage little ones throughout the 90-minute show.
Interactive Parade Highlights

That's not all! The 2026 parade focuses on physical and emotional engagement and is designed to be more than just a traditional sit-down show! Kids won't just be sitting in their seats, you can expect them to be waving, cheering and interacting with the performers, becoming part of the action (while having lots of fun) throughout the night!
Expect the atmosphere to be high-energy and electric, with stunning special effects happening throughout the night that is sure to keep the kids excited the entire time!
Explore the PAssionArts Street
The fun isn't limited to the parade track. Families are encouraged to arrive early to explore PAssionArts Street and other free activities situated around the F1 Pit Building. This area serves as an immersive cultural playground where children can see various art forms up close, making it a fantastic educational yet fun weekend excursion.

BYKidO Pro-Tip: Skip the Transport Stress
The F1 Pit Building can get very crowded during major events. If you are heading down with young children, we recommend arriving at least 45 minutes early to explore the PAssionArts Street first. This lets the kids settle in and enjoy the "fringe" activities before the main parade starts, ensuring they aren't restless by the time the fireworks go off!
