Reminiscent of the famed Christmas brunches that the hotel is renowned for, the Easter Sunday Mega Brunch will be an indulgent feast of international favourites across three dining establishments.
Diners are invited to enjoy a wide range of breakfast favourites, salads and Japanese delights at L’Espresso, along with Chicken Shawarma and Pasta alla Routa (pasta in cheese wheel) stations located at the terrace, adjacent to the restaurant. They can also indulge to their heart’s content with a fine selection of appetisers, cold cuts, chilled seafood and cheeses, followed by meaty choices of Glazed Ham, Oven-Roasted U.S. Whole Prime Rib and Slow-roasted Lamb Rack with Pistachio Crust from the wagon at Gordon Grill. For local favourites, Coffee Lounge is the next stop, where familiar comforting choices such as Taiwan Porridge, Satay, Laksa, and Nyonya Kueh await.
To end the meal (or enjoy in between), two Dessert Rooms brimming with treats such as Easter Poke Cake, Assorted Easter Bunny Cupcakes, Crème Brûlée in Egg Shell and Strawberry Trifle will be the ultimate dream come true for those with a sweet tooth. True to the hotel’s stellar reputation as the place for exquisite durian treats, this year’s specials such as the D24 Lychee Blossom Cake, D24 Strawberry Mascarpone Filo Tart and D24 Crystal Apricot Dome will also be available for purchase at The Deli.

Adopt an Egg for Charity

As part of the hotel’s ongoing CSR efforts and its long-standing relationship with Club Rainbow, the ‘Adopt an Egg for Charity’ initiative invites all to purchase a beautiful chocolate Easter egg at $88 nett each.
A total of 50 edible 20 cm-tall chocolate eggs will be hand-decorated by the hotel’s pastry chefs with different designs. Every egg contains an assortment of sweet treats and is tagged to a mystery gift that ranges from adorable hotel teddy bears to dining and staycation vouchers.
Guest can adopt the eggs on Oddle from 9 to 30 April 2022, with 2-days advance order for self-collection only from 17 to 30 April 2022. Alternatively, guests can also walk-in for adoption from 17 to 30 April 2022. All proceeds from the ‘Adopt an Egg for Charity’ initiative will go to Club Rainbow.
There will also be an impressive 6m by 2.54m wall art installation of all the eggs at the hotel lobby from 9 to 17 April 2022.
