Bought tickets via bykido but no news from vendor after a week to arrange session details. Had to email bykido and they responded. Vendor reverted days later with delayed replies and unresponsive which dragged for days(or i have no idea how long) without a reply. This is 2 weeks from date of purchase and my kid has not gotten a session. May ask for a refund

We’re sorry to hear about your negative experience. We were transitioning into a new term in end June/early July, and were receiving many enquiries via email and our admin hotline. We hence took longer than a week to reach out to your purchase via ByKido made on 24th June. We reached out on 5th July to arrange the trials but unfortunately we could not find a suitable session from our given options across 3 locations that fits your schedule. Thus we advised today (8th July) that you could seek a refund directly from BYKidO where you made your purchase. We have also separately reached out to BYKidO to inform them to process a refund for you.
