• Share the Group Buy with friends to hit Group Buy target
• Payment is processed only if Group Buy target is met at the end of the Group Buy period. You will receive an email at the end of the Group Buy period on whether it is successful.

*Your ticket is NOT confirmed at this stage. You will receive an email with your ticket by 15 April 2021 if Group Buy is successful!

Using Your Day Pass

• Receive your Day Pass via email by 19 April 2021 (approx. 1 week for processing)
• Book and make your visit to Wild Wild Wet! 
• Show your ticket and booking confirmation on your date of visit

• Group Buy requires a min. of 50 tickets purchased to proceed
• No payment is made if Group Buy target is not met by Group Buy period.
• Wild Wild Wet Day Pass is valid till 5 July 2021
• Day Pass is valid for admission for one-time entry for one adult (above 12 yrs old) or for one child (3 - 12 yrs old)
• Day Pass is valid for use on all days
• Booking must be done for all people attending
• Promotions not valid to use with other promotions, discounts and offers.
• Not valid with other discounts, promotions and privileges 
• Partner reserves the right to amend, withdraw and modify the terms of this promotion

We offer 100% refunds for items not yet out for delivery or services not yet rendered, except in exceptional cases. 

What can be refunded?

When refunds are applicable, we will review the request on a case-by-case basis. Do note that refunds will be for the amount paid on the BYKidO platform, and not for any amount paid directly to the merchant. 

What cannot be refunded?

Once the item has been out for delivery or the service rendered, BYKidO will no longer be able to offer any direct refunds. Instead, refund requests related to amount paid directly to the merchant, or when items have been received or services rendered, will be directed to the respective merchant of the item / service.

Refund Assistance 

For these cases, you may contact the merchant directly or approach us for assistance. While we are not able to do a direct refund, we are committed to resolving any issues between you and our merchants, and will assist you accordingly.
