Fine Print

• Each child is entitled to 1 trial class only.
• The free trial is only for first time students of the studio. We reserve the right to cancel the session for students who have attended our classes.
• Trial class slots are subject to availability.
• Students are encouraged to arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced participation time. 
• Kindly provide an emergency contact number.
• The studio may take photographs or videos for marketing, social media and educational purposes. If you do not wish for your child's image to be used, kindly inform us before the class starts.
• Trial classes are strictly non-replaceable if missed. However, we allow rescheduling if we are informed at least 6 hours before the class starts.
• We will ensure reasonable care be taken in class. However the studio will not be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings, injuries or accidents occurring within the premises.
• This offer is not valid with other ongoing promotions by the studio.
• General Terms and Conditions apply. 

We offer 100% refunds for items not yet out for delivery or services not yet rendered, except in exceptional cases. 

What can be refunded?

When refunds are applicable, we will review the request on a case-by-case basis. Do note that refunds will be for the amount paid on the BYKidO platform, and not for any amount paid directly to the merchant. 

What cannot be refunded?

Once the item has been out for delivery or the service rendered, BYKidO will no longer be able to offer any direct refunds. Instead, refund requests related to amount paid directly to the merchant, or when items have been received or services rendered, will be directed to the respective merchant of the item / service.

Refund Assistance 

For these cases, you may contact the merchant directly or approach us for assistance. While we are not able to do a direct refund, we are committed to resolving any issues between you and our merchants, and will assist you accordingly.
