Bracelet-Making Date with Your Mini-Me at CHASEYCHARM 

From 1 November to 28 December 2025, kids aged 12 & below enjoy a complimentary bracelet customisation (worth S$35) with every paying adult. The $35 customisation fee covers the use of tools and materials (such as trays, needle, elastic strings and spacers) for creating a personalised crystal bracelet. The 90-minute session also provides exclusive use of the studio, offering a dedicated space for parent and child to enjoy the creative session together.

Choose from a beautiful selection of crystal beads and charms, and let your imagination flow as you design matching bracelets. Beads and charms are priced between $0.50 to $28, and you can complete a bracelet with approximately 16 beads.

• Complimentary bracelet customisation is applicable for children aged 12 years and below with every paying adult participant.
• Each child must be accompanied by at least one adult.
• Workshop duration is approximately 90 minutes and we kindly ask that participants to be punctual.  
• All materials and tools will be provided during the session, however beads and charms are charged separately based on your selection.
• Full payment is required to secure your booking. Bookings are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
• No-shows will be considered as sessions used.
• Parental supervision is required at all times during the workshop.
• CHASEYCHARM will not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings during the session.
• Photos and videos may be taken during the session for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform our staff upon arrival.
• The complimentary child offer is valid for sessions held between 1 November to 28 December 2025 only.
• CHASEYCHARM reserves the right to amend the terms or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.

We offer 100% refunds for items not yet out for delivery or services not yet rendered, except in exceptional cases. 

What can be refunded?

When refunds are applicable, we will review the request on a case-by-case basis. Do note that refunds will be for the amount paid on the BYKidO platform, and not for any amount paid directly to the merchant. 

What cannot be refunded?

Once the item has been out for delivery or the service rendered, BYKidO will no longer be able to offer any direct refunds. Instead, refund requests related to amount paid directly to the merchant, or when items have been received or services rendered, will be directed to the respective merchant of the item / service.

For these cases, you may contact the merchant directly or approach us for assistance. While we are not able to do a direct refund, we are committed to resolving any issues between you and our merchants, and will assist you accordingly.
