Seasonal Beef Offals

Together with Meat Co., Waa Cow! Yakiniku will introduce extremely rare and interesting beef offal cuts that promise to be mouth-watering on the yakiniku grill.

A prized cut also known as Mino, this requires an intense amount of preparation in order to be left with only the inner, most desired layer. Once removed, the Mountain Chain Tripe ($25.90/100g) offers a unique textured cut that is sweet and delicate in flavour.
