Introducing the NEW Sonic Seasoning
While the 11 herbs and spices remain KFC’s best-kept secret, the brand is excited to share its latest discovery with fans in Singapore this season of giving—a 12th "ingredient" affectionately known as Sonic Seasoning.
With Sonic Seasoning, sound transcends hearing—evoking unsaid emotions, and transforming our brain chemistry to see more, feel more, and taste more.
Created in collaboration with consumer neuroscientist Professor Gemma Calvert from Nanyang Technological University and brought to life with talented musicians, this innovation transforms the classic Christmas tune into the ultimate flavor enhancer for your KFC meal. Tested and validated with participants, this specially arranged jingle is crafted to elevate your dining experience. The beloved Parmesan Truffle Chicken is back, featuring KFC’s signature chicken drizzled with a truffle-infused cheese sauce and sprinkled generously with grated parmesan. The delicious fried chicken you know and love now comes with lashings of powdery cheese that aptly resembles snow for the festivity.

Adding to the variety is a new iteration: the all-new Parmesan Truffle Burger. Bite into KFC’s signature Zinger fillet, drizzled with truffle-infused cheese sauce and finished off with a sprinkling of grated parmesan cheese and sandwiched between glazed sesame buns.

Mad about mochi? Fans can now get their mochi fix at KFC in the form of the new Salted Caramel Mochi Ring. It is a chewy ring-shaped donut made of eight mochi dough balls connected together.
