Dao by Dorsett is conveniently located at the heart of the CBD district, at OUE Downtown 1. The hotel offers a home setting with hotel facilities and services, giving families the opportunity to enjoy a comfortable stay with a hint of homeliness.
Getting to the hotel is easy with 3 MRT lines within minutes of walking. This includes the Tanjong Pagar MRT station (East-West line), Downtown MRT station (Downtown line), and Shenton Way MRT station (Thomson-East Coast line).
The Family Suite
Dao by Dorsett AMTD Singapore’s two-bedroom suites are an ideal sanctuary for families and friends, where they can create quality moments with loved ones. Each 2-bedroom serviced apartment features a spacious living room and separate dining area that sits up to 4. Enjoy a refreshing shower in both the en-suite and common bathroom, and relax in comfort with plush king- and twin-bedding in the master and second bedrooms, respectively.
Each suite features a comprehensive suite of amenities, inclusive of complimentary Wi-Fi; a fully-equipped kitchen with a fine selection of kitchenware including Nespresso® coffee machine, electric kettle, oven, rice cooker and crockery; refrigerator; 49-inch Smart TV with international cable and local channels; in-room safe as well as a washer/dryer.
Families may also enjoy customising their preference in the room with the Custom-Fit approach - you may top-up for pet-friendly amenities in-room, or a playtime set-up for the kids, or even order fresh food to cook in-room!
A popular family request is the kids tent, which can be set-up in the room with cushions and a set of toys for your little ones to play with during their visit! Families who request for kids amenities such as milk bottle sterilizer, baby cot or tub, don't be surprise if you also find kids shower amenities in the bath room! Rooms come with a kitchenette, so you can definitely prepare breakfast and meals in-room. Otherwise, The Collective on Level 7 will be the a great place to enjoy your family's meal without the hassle of preparing the food! During our stay, we really enjoyed the quality and range of food! In fact, we recommend visiting restaurant for your regular meal, even if you are not staying at the hotel!

Additional Thoughts
Dao by Dorsett AMTD Singapore used to be a service apartment before it is converted to a hotel. We found the services to be premium and of quality - the view from our room was also incredible.
Apart from being a staycation option, we also felt that with the facilities of a service apartment, the hotel is a good option (although on the pricier end) for long-stay guests, for example if you are between moving houses or waiting for renovation works.
Pets are welcomed too.
