Participated in Young Nautilus - Sungei Buloh Mangrove Exploration this weekend and honestly, it was one of Mammy’s most anticipated activities this school holidays.

The girls were super excited about the excursion and enthusiastically bombarded our friendly guides, Yong Jen and Bryan, with their (sometimes silly) questions. It was a pleasant surprise that both our girls warmed up to them almost instantly.

Although, we didn’t manage to see much of the birds there, we did spot a number of habitants from this mangrove. Some within expectations while others a surprise. As Yong Jen and Bryan brought us through the trail, they patiently explained what we saw there, from St Andrew’s Cross Spiders to Apple Snails and their red eggs.

It is a wonderful insight to the nature world, especially for the young. Can’t wait for our next activity with Young Nautilus - Pasir Ris Intertidal Exploration next week! 🤩
