Molten Middle Chocolate Cakes
3 or more pax
180 g dark cooking chocolate
150 g butter
75 g caster sugar
45 g plain flour
Melt the butter and chocolate in the nonstick pan by using the PM programme for 9 min at 140°C.
Mix the sugar, flour and eggs in a bowl.
Add the chocolate to the mixture.
Divide the mixture equally between the moulds, then place them in the Cake Factory.
For melting middles, start the P3 programme for 15 min.
Allow to sit for 10 min before removing from the mould.
