From the 11 gazetted Public Holidays, Singaporean's will get to enjoy at least 5 long weekends in 2022, one more than 2021. This includes a weekend that will stretch over 4 days in May!

The 11 gazetted Public Holidays for 2022 in Singapore are:
- Jan 1 (Sat): New Year’s Day
- Feb 1 & 2 (Tue & Wed): Chinese New Year
- Apr 15 (Fri): Good Friday
- May 1 (Sun): Labour Day
- May 3 (Tue): Hari Raya Puasa
- May 15 (Sun): Vesak Day
- Jul 10 (Sun): Hari Raya Haji
- Aug 9 (Tue): National Day
- Oct 24 (Mon): Deepavali
- Dec 25 (Sun): Christmas Day
