The New Zealand Government announced that the country’s borders will reopen on May 1 at 11.59 pm!

From 1 May 2022, international visitors from visa waiver countries including Singapore, may travel New Zealand without needing to self-isolate on arrival. Fully vaccinated Australian visitors can return sooner from 11.59 pm on April 12.

From May 1 at 11.59 pm visitors will be able to travel to New Zealand without self-isolation on provision of a negative pre-departure test. Negative Rapid Antigen Tests [RAT] will be required on arrival and on day 5/6.
