Let’s welcome the Year of the Snake with a fun and educational twist! The National Heritage Board’s (NHB) Museum Roundtable Hongbao Campaign Is back, bringing you exclusive red packet designs inspired by the Chinese zodiac animal for 2025—the Snake.
This is a fantastic opportunity for your family to explore Singapore’s diverse museums and heritage galleries while collecting these unique keepsakes.
Collect Exclusive Red Packets Across 48 Venues
From 21 January to 12 February 2025, you can visit any of the 48 participating museums, heritage institutions, and galleries to receive a set of beautifully designed red packets. Each visitor is entitled to one set of six red packets from any of the venues, while stocks last.
It’s a delightful way to introduce your kids to Singapore’s rich cultural heritage while adding a festive touch to your New Year celebrations.
New Participants and Exciting Designs
This year’s campaign welcomes new participants like the Botanical Art Gallery at Singapore Botanic Gardens and Fort Canning Heritage Gallery.
There are also multiple MR members returning this year – including Battlebox, Char Yong (Dabu) Association Heritage Hall, Chinatown Heritage Centre, Civil Defence Heritage Gallery and The Private Museum.
These designs not only showcase the talent and creativity of each institution but also provide a unique way to learn about Singapore’s cultural diversity.
Don’t Miss the Collector’s Box Set
The popular Collector’s Box Set is making a comeback. Featuring 98 pieces of red packets, this year’s set includes a special pop-up artwork and two complete sets of the 48 designs.
With only 400 sets available, mark your calendar for 1 and 2 February 2025 to purchase it at the Asian Civilisations Museum. Each box is priced at $98 and is sold on a first-come first-served basis, with a limit of two boxes per transaction, so don’t miss out!
Join the Fun with Online Giveaways
Check out the “I Love Museums” Facebook page for two exciting giveaways. From 21 January to 2 February, ten winners will be selected to receive the coveted Collector’s Box Set.
Another giveaway will be held from 3 to 10 February 2025. There will be 48 lucky winners to win a full set of all 48 red packets.
