The inaugural Queenstown HawkerFest 2023 kick starts from 18 November to 17 December 2023, featuring four specifically curated hawker-related events that span across five iconic Queenstown hawker centres — ABC Brickworks, Margaret Drive Food Centre, Mei Ling Market, Tanglin Halt Market and Alexandra Village. The festival aims to engage Queenstown residents, both young and old, by igniting the foodie spirit in everyone and honouring the hawkers who have strengthened the community’s bond with their lip-smacking, nostalgic local fare. Organised by the Tanjong Pagar GRC Grassroots Organisations (Queenstown) and supported by the People's Association, Queenstown HawkerFest 2023 is rightly themed "Savouring Legacies with Every Bite".

QT’s Greatest Hits

Be a part of history in the making by voting for your favourite hawkers to be celebrated as the absolute QT's Greatest Hits! An online voting event (open to everyone including non-residents) that will allow people to vote for their favourite hawkers in Queenstown and decide who will be QT’s People’s Choice and QT’s Most Nostalgic.
Key Notes
- No registration/account creation is required to vote.
- Voting will be held for a month from 18 November to 7 December 2023.
- Winners will be announced on 13 December 2023 followed by a prize presentation by Mr Eric Chua.
- Winners will be presented with a certificate of recognition as well as a photo opportunity with Mr Eric Chua Senior Parliamentary Secretary Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth & Ministry of Social and Family Development and Adviser to Tanjong Pagar GRC Grassroots Organisations (Queenstown)
- As part of the voting submission, participants can share a story of their favourite memory or an unforgettable experience at the featured hawker centre/voted for hawker stall. The Top 3 Stories entries will be awarded with a $100 NTUC voucher each.
QT Hawker Heritage Trail

Take a trip down memory lane and uncover the fascinating stories hidden within our local community. Meet the passionate people who have brought your favourite foods to life for generations through the QT Hawker Heritage Trail; where families and individuals can explore the five iconic hawker centres of Queenstown and the neighbourhood hawker culture.
Each participating hawker centre will have an official Heritage Trail Booth placed at a prime area/entrance that people can look out for. Trail cards and specially designed stamps will be available at the booths for participants to collect. Retrieve all five stamps along the trail, fill in your details and drop off the completed trail card at the booth to stand a chance to win up to $300 NTUC vouchers.

The Great QT Hawker Feast (Opening Ceremony)
Venue: ABC Brickwork Concourse

Time: Between 11am to 1pm
Prepare to be captivated by record-breaking feats and thrilling speed-eating spectacles at The Great QT Hawker Feast. With Guest-of-Honour, Mr Eric Chua, the exciting event will be the grand opening ceremony to Queenstown HawkerFest and feature Zermatt Neo, a renowned food enthusiast. The very first Speed-Eating Challenge to occur in Queenstown will be open to the public (both residents and non-residents from all around Singapore are welcome!). Participants will be able to sign up and join the battle to win a prize worth up to S$700. Alongside the event, 700 packets of chicken rice will be distributed across 10 days to lower-income families and individuals, making it a feast that everyone can enjoy!
QT Hawker Cafe Remix
Venue: KEK Seafood, Abundance, Sin & Savage, Creatr

Savour timeless hawker classics, reimagined from the creative minds of well-known cafes such as KEK Seafood, Abundance, Sin & Savage and Creatr. during the QT Hawker Cafe Remix.
Each cafe will feature reimagined dishes, created in collaboration with Queenstown’s hawkers from the five featured hawker centres. These extraordinary treats will be available at the participating cafes from 18 Nov onwards
