What to Expect at FIBA Intercontinental Cup 2025

The FIBA Intercontinental Cup 2025, taking place 18-21 September at the Singapore Indoor Stadium, is a global tournament that sees the best basketball clubs from each region compete against each other for the coveted trophy.

This year’s tournament welcomes three teams from Japan, Australia and Libya making their tournament debut. Defending champions Unicaja (Spain) will return to face this year’s contenders for the title – fellow FIBA continental champions Flamengo (Brazil), Utsunomiya Brex (Japan), Illawarra Hawks (Australia), Alahli SC (Libya) and NBA G League United.
This isn’t just about the games, it’s about the experience where you can enjoy thrilling matchups. Besides, If you play or coach, you can take part in exclusive clinics and workshops run by Team Singapore athletes and international ambassadors.

Taking place at the Fan Zone, support young talent at the LockerRoom 3x3 Tournament, featuring 32 youth teams competing in the U14 and U19 categories. These future stars are bringing their A-game, and you’ll be right there cheering them on.
