In light of the recent move toward home-based learning and work-from-home arrangements due to the COVID-19 situation, the Families for Life (FFL) Council will be launching the #FFLShareTheCare Series to help parents and children stay at home and be safe while finding ways to be meaningfully engaged during this period.

An initiative under the #FFLShareTheCare movement, the #FFLShareTheCare Series is a part of the #SGUnited efforts, to encourage families to bond with one another and other families to build a more resilient society.

Throughout the month of April, FFL will be rolling out a series of online, interactive programming daily via their Facebook page.

1. #ASKFFL Series

The #ASKFFL Series will feature practical advice from doctors and healthcare
professionals on how to keep every member of the family, especially young children and the elderly, safe during this period.

Some of these sessions will be conducted via Facebook Live, and parents will have the opportunity to pose questions on a wide range of topics to doctors and experts, such as keeping the family safe, nutrition tips, caring for newborns, mental health and well-being, and helping children and teenagers understand COVID-19. Couples can also pick up tips on strengthening their emotional connectedness during this time.
