Dates: 1 - 31 Oct 2021
Halloween Yokai Festival is Downtown East's annual Halloween event and it is back for its 4th edition in 2021. The festival in October will see the well-loved Yokais face a new foe that threatens to destroy their village. While the Yokais will be making appearances at Downtown East, their new adventure is taking a whole new level on social media too!
What Is It?
From 1 to 31 October, keep your eyes peeled on Downtown East’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) as the Yokai story chapters unfold each week on Tuesday and Saturday. While you lend your support to the Yokais in their battle against the Three-Tailed Scorpion Amikiro, look out for contests and win attractive giveaways like exclusive Yokai disposable masks!
Don't worry if you are not sure what it all means, the digital adventures come with instructions on social media so you can help the Yokais boost their fighting prowess and rescue Kandy Onna, the heroine! You just have to follow the weekly story to stay in touch!
And if you visit Downtown East, you will be able to take pictures at the various photo spots with the adorable Yokai characters throughout Downtown East.
