PUB's annual water conservation campaign returns this March with month-long activities, programmes, and deals in celebration of Singapore World Water Day.
Every year, PUB commemorates World Water Day (22 March) by rallying the community to support the water cause by using water wisely and responsibly. With rising water demand and the adverse impact of climate change on our water sources, it is now more important than ever to produce more with less.
This year’s campaign rallies the public to play their part in making every drop count. The community and businesses do their part to promote the water messages through a host of fun activities and deals across Singapore.

Water Wednesdays was introduced in 2021 as a new programme for schools in place of Water Rationing Exercises (WREs), whereby participating schools dedicate every Wednesday in March to conduct water-centric activities and conversations about water sustainability with their students.

For the first time this year, various community groups and businesses will also be commemorating Water Wednesdays with various activities advocating water sustainability.
