I brought Baby L (almost 12 months old now) to attend the Kanga Kids Baby Yoga “Roos” class conducted by Emily Chin, who is the founder of Kanga Kids Yoga, as well as a Birthlight qualified Baby Yoga instructor and a certified TEFYL teacher.
The Baby Yoga “Roos” class is catered to babies (<23 months), who are confident crawlers and able to stand (independently).

With the use of fun movements (such as poses, holds, and stretching) and rhythm, baby yoga provides quality physical stimulation that enhances a baby’s learning and healthy development, while also encouraging playful interaction and communication between parent and baby.
