Parent-Child Fishing Experience

This indoor fishing experience is designed for a comfortable and relaxed session for a comfortable and relaxed session for children. The space includes child-friendly seating, slow-moving fishing tactics, and a quiet environment that allows kids to enjoy fishing at their own pace. The area is fully sheltered with fans to keep it cool, and an accessible toilet is located right beside the fish pond.

The experience helps improve hand-eye coordination, build patience, and provides a sensory-rich environment that supports early development, while remaining enjoyable for the whole family.

Fish Catching Only Experience includes:

• Catch as many fish as you like. Choose up to 8 fish to bring home.
• Plastic container provided for selected fished.
• Points awarded based on number of fish caught, accumulated points can be redeemed for a toy.
• Bucket and fishing net provided.

Fish Catching Experience with Mini Tank DIY includes:

• Tank Selection: Choose a mini fish tank and colour of your choice.
• Decoration: 15 minutes hands-on decorating with coloured sands, coloured rocks, and one figurine in air-conditioned DIY room.

Fish Catching & Aquascaping Experience includes:

• Suitable for 4 years old & above.
• DIY Kit includes a glass 15-20cm fish tank with LED light and submersible filter, 6-8 fish, lava rock, Seiryu rock, dragon rock, coloured sands, stones, wood and figurines.
• 45 minutes indoor fishing experience, slow-paced fishing suitable for children.
• 45 minutes hands-on aquascaping and decoration & conducted in an air-conditioned DIY room.

What can be refunded?

When refunds are applicable, we will review the request on a case-by-case basis. Do note that refunds will be for the amount paid on the BYKidO platform, and not for any amount paid directly to the merchant. 

What cannot be refunded?

Once the item has been out for delivery or the service rendered, BYKidO will no longer be able to offer any direct refunds. Instead, refund requests related to amount paid directly to the merchant, or when items have been received or services rendered, will be directed to the respective merchant of the item / service.
