From the 3rd - 18th of September, visit the Mid - Autumn @ Gardens By The Bay for a dazzling display of light as they celebrate the Mid- Autumn festival with a fusion of traditional and modern.
Festival Highlights includes:
- Giant Lantern Display - Giant Lantern sets, with the largest at 27m across, will be on display at various locations within the Gardens by the Bay. Want to tell your LO the story of Chang-er, Jade Rabbit and The 10 Suns - these giant lanterns will add the visuals required!
- Craft and Fringe Activities - Want to try your hand at lantern decorating? Calligraphy? or Chinese riddle guessing? Look for the craft booths located around the Supertree Grove. Note that some of the activities are chargeable.
- Cultural Performances - Free cultural performances every night at the Supertree Grove. The theme of the performances is Moon: Conversations.
- Storytelling - Not your usual storytelling but one that the audience participates by contributing themes and conditions. Imagine "whose line is it" but with a Mid- Autumn twist.
