Singapore's Sentosa Island Creates Branded Island on Animal Crossing

Nintendo Switch players can now #maketime for a virtual break and escape to Sentosa by visiting and exploring iconic attractions and various unique offerings through its digital reimagination of the island in Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

Throughout the circuit breaker period, you might have heard of the latest craze that everyone’s been talking about – Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Some parents are also playing it together with their little ones while staying home in the fight against COVID-19.

And now, the game allows families to explore this virtual paradise, Sentosa, while at home too!

Nintendo Switch players can now #maketime for a virtual break and escape to Sentosa by visiting and exploring iconic attractions and various unique offerings through its digital reimagination of the island in Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

Registering for a Slot

Sentosa Crossing will be open for visit daily during the following hours – each 2-hour time slot will consist of three 30-minute session, limited to four visitors per session for the best experience.

• 10am to 12noon SGT
• 2pm to 4pm SGT
• 6pm to 8pm SGT

Visitors will be able to access the island by registering for one of the 36 slots available daily. Players will be able to register for any of the subsequent three days. Eg. On Monday, registrations for play between Tuesday and Thursday will be open.
