*These are not instant tickets. Please allow up to 1 working day for tickets to be sent to you. If you prefer to receive instant tickets, you may wish to get your tickets from Klook or KKday. 

Ticket Details

• Tickets are not issued instantly. Once purchased, you will receive a confirmation email, and your ticket(s) will be sent to the email address used for purchase within 1 working day. 
• If multiple tickets are purchased in one order, they can only be used at the same time. If you wish to purchase multiple tickets to be used on different days, please make separate orders. 
• Tickets are valid for at least 1 month from purchase
• Tickets are open date, after you have received your Wings of Time Ticket, kindly make a reservation before your visit to Wings of Time Singapore ( https://reservation.mountfaberleisure.com/ )

Terms and Conditions

• Duration: 20 minutes per show.
  
• This is a rain or shine event.
  
• Standard seats are applicable to guests aged 4 years and above.
  
• All tickets purchased in one transaction have to be used/redeemed .together, no partial usage/redemption is allowed.
  
• Redeemed tickets must be utilised on the day of redemption.
  
• All completed and confirmed transactions cannot be cancelled, refunded or amended under any circumstances.
  
• Mount Faber Leisure Group reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
  

We offer 100% refunds for items not yet out for delivery or services not yet rendered, except in exceptional cases. 

What can be refunded?

When refunds are applicable, we will review the request on a case-by-case basis. Do note that refunds will be for the amount paid on the BYKidO platform, and not for any amount paid directly to the merchant. 

What cannot be refunded?

Once the item has been out for delivery or the service rendered, BYKidO will no longer be able to offer any direct refunds. Instead, refund requests related to amount paid directly to the merchant, or when items have been received or services rendered, will be directed to the respective merchant of the item / service.

Refund Assistance 

For these cases, you may contact the merchant directly or approach us for assistance. While we are not able to do a direct refund, we are committed to resolving any issues between you and our merchants, and will assist you accordingly.
