-Delivery took one whole calendar week instead of the 3 business days stated in delivery T&C's so missed the occasion they were bought for, and I'd to rearrange delivery
-Email to BYkidO directed me to seller, ie relinquished any responsibility
- TrioKids does show a phone number so one has to email
- No reply to my email
- I only got an answer when I left a public comment on TrioKids' facebook page
-TrioKids also took no responsibility, apportioning blame to the courier instead
- Boxes arrived crushed and sellotaped shut as if they'd been previously opened
- My complaint about that has so far gone ignored

On our end, we just like to respond to the issue about relinquishing any responsibility. This is not how we intend to conduct the business, passing you to the partner to work on the delivery was to allow more effective conversation and not to push the problem away.
