Accelerated 3-Week School Holiday Program with Believer Music

The learning potential of children and youth is boundless. The Accelerated 3-Week School Holiday Program is specially adapted from the foundational modules of Believer Music’s signature 7 and 11 Week music programs. 

Over the course of 3 x 90 minute lessons, students will learn the basic techniques and gain a fundamental aptitude for their chosen instrument. Upon completion of this 3-Week Accelerated Term, students will enjoy direct progression into the second level of their respective instrument programs.

• Valid for customers aged 5 to 15 only.
• Timeslot booking must be completed via partner’s platform 3-day before term commencement. 
• A one-time membership fee ($25) & administration fee ($9.90) will be made payable directly to partner
• Not applicable with other offers / promotions / discounts.
• There will be no refunds for withdrawal and/or no-show from the course.
• This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions.
• This promotion is non-exchangeable for cash or any other items.
• Believer Music reserves the rights to amend, modify or change any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice and/or compensation of any kind.

We offer 100% refunds for items not yet out for delivery or services not yet rendered, except in exceptional cases. 

What can be refunded?

When refunds are applicable, we will review the request on a case-by-case basis. Do note that refunds will be for the amount paid on the BYKidO platform, and not for any amount paid directly to the merchant. 

What cannot be refunded?

Once the item has been out for delivery or the service rendered, BYKidO will no longer be able to offer any direct refunds. Instead, refund requests related to amount paid directly to the merchant, or when items have been received or services rendered, will be directed to the respective merchant of the item / service.

Refund Assistance 

For these cases, you may contact the merchant directly or approach us for assistance. While we are not able to do a direct refund, we are committed to resolving any issues between you and our merchants, and will assist you accordingly.
