Join us at our Mummy Meet-up at the cosy Petite Tayo KidsClub at Kallang Wave Mall on 27 Apr 2023! This meet-up is recommended for mummies with kids aged between 2 to 4 years old!

• Suggested for kids aged 2 to 4 years old, younger and older kids may also join us
• Each ticket is for a parent and child pair. If you are bringing 2 or more kids please purchase the corresponding number of tickets.

Petite Tayo KidsClub Mummy Meet-Up

BYKidO's Mummy Meet-up is for you to meet fellow mummies on a similar parenting journey and to give you the space to share, learn and support each other. Conducted in a casual setting, simply join us to have a fun day out with your child. 

• Suitable for Mummies with kids 2 to 4 years old - the recommended age is a guide for mummies at a similar stage of their parenting journey to join us
• Casual setting - there are no talks or booths. Just come, play, chat and maybe make a new friend

• Partner reserves the right to amend, withdraw and modify the terms of this promotion

We offer 100% refunds for items not yet out for delivery or services not yet rendered, except in exceptional cases. 

What can be refunded?

When refunds are applicable, we will review the request on a case-by-case basis. Do note that refunds will be for the amount paid on the BYKidO platform, and not for any amount paid directly to the merchant. 

What cannot be refunded?

Once the item has been out for delivery or the service rendered, BYKidO will no longer be able to offer any direct refunds. Instead, refund requests related to amount paid directly to the merchant, or when items have been received or services rendered, will be directed to the respective merchant of the item / service.

Refund Assistance 

For these cases, you may contact the merchant directly or approach us for assistance. While we are not able to do a direct refund, we are committed to resolving any issues between you and our merchants, and will assist you accordingly.
