Mummy Meet-Up

BYKidO's Mummy Meet-up is aimed at helping mummies meet fellow mummies, and create the opportunities for mummies at a similar parenting stage support each other. It is a casual setting - you don't have to make friends or conversation, but if you do make new friends - that's a plus!

• Suitable for Mummies with kids 12 to 24 months - the kid's age is a guide as we hope to have mummies at a similar parenting stage, and thus have more in common
• Casual setting - there are no talks or booths. Just come, play, chat and maybe make a new friend
• Discounted tickets - thanks to our friends from PLAY! by KinderPlay for supporting this event. 

If you require additional tickets, we will request that you purchase them directly at the counter on the day itself so that the discounted tickets can benefit more families.

• Only 15 eVouchers are available for purchase
• Redeem by showing your eVoucher to staff at venue
• Not valid with other discounts, promotions and privileges 
• There are strictly no refunds for the eVouchers purchased
• Partner reserves the right to amend, withdraw and modify the terms of this promotion
• General Terms and Conditions apply. 

We offer 100% refunds for items not yet out for delivery or services not yet rendered, except in exceptional cases. 

What can be refunded?

When refunds are applicable, we will review the request on a case-by-case basis. Do note that refunds will be for the amount paid on the BYKidO platform, and not for any amount paid directly to the merchant. 

What cannot be refunded?

Once the item has been out for delivery or the service rendered, BYKidO will no longer be able to offer any direct refunds. Instead, refund requests related to amount paid directly to the merchant, or when items have been received or services rendered, will be directed to the respective merchant of the item / service.

Refund Assistance 

For these cases, you may contact the merchant directly or approach us for assistance. While we are not able to do a direct refund, we are committed to resolving any issues between you and our merchants, and will assist you accordingly.
