An all-new event featuring multiple Mattel brands is coming to Singapore in 2023. Mattel Playhouse provides a fun, diverse and immersive atmosphere for young kids across 12 activities and splendid photo opportunities. Children will be able to experience different roles through a variety of themed activities all in one place.

Become the young champion racer with Hot Wheels and having fun driving on the iconic orange track; unlock your little ones’ limitless creative potential with Barbie, you can become a pop star, gymnast, painter and more; and have a great time with your Biggest Friends of All - Thomas the Tank Engine and his friends, in The Island of Sodor, take a train ride and enjoy three Thomas the Tank Engine themed arcade machines.

Instead, refund requests related to amount paid directly to the merchant, or when items have been received or services rendered, will be directed to the respective merchant of the item / service.

For these cases, you may contact the merchant directly or approach us for assistance. While we are not able to do a direct refund, we are committed to resolving any issues between you and our merchants, and will assist you accordingly.
