Purchase Instructions

• Email us (contactus@bykido.com) with your preferred date and contact details. Note that we will require at least 3 days advance booking. 
• We will reply on availability and payment instructions.
• Once payment is confirmed, we will send you an e-Voucher that you will present on-site on the day of your stay.

• There is a possibility that between the time that payment is made and booking is confirmed, the time slot might be full. In this case, BYKidO will offer a full refund if no alternative date is arranged. 
• Otherwise, no refunds or exchanges are allowed for the booking
• Due to current social distancing measures, a maximum of five people are allowed to share a tent
• Please always wear a face mask
• Mahjong, excessive drinking, loud noises, spitting, and littering are not allowed on the premises
• Please keep your volume low from 10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m.
• Cooking and open fires are not permitted
• Showers and washroom facilities are located within the vicinity
• Water dispenser is available for hot and cold water
• Restaurants are around the corner (Non-Halal)
• Outside food is permitted

We offer 100% refunds for items not yet out for delivery or services not yet rendered, except in exceptional cases. 

What can be refunded?

When refunds are applicable, we will review the request on a case-by-case basis. Do note that refunds will be for the amount paid on the BYKidO platform, and not for any amount paid directly to the merchant. 

What cannot be refunded?

Once the item has been out for delivery or the service rendered, BYKidO will no longer be able to offer any direct refunds. Instead, refund requests related to amount paid directly to the merchant, or when items have been received or services rendered, will be directed to the respective merchant of the item / service.

Refund Assistance 

For these cases, you may contact the merchant directly or approach us for assistance. While we are not able to do a direct refund, we are committed to resolving any issues between you and our merchants, and will assist you accordingly.
