Fine Print

  • Valid for camp on 21st - 22nd or 23rd - 24th June
  • Must provide BYKidO's redemption No. as proof of payment
  • KIZTOPIA reserves the right to make any changes to the classes including curriculum, class size and class time.
  • Due to limited capacity, availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event you have chosen a class which is oversubscribed, you will be placed on our waitlist and will be notified once there is an available slot.
  • Each e-booking (QR code) admits 1 child & 1 free accompanying adult. You do not have to book for your play session unless you have additional child / adult visiting. For additional child / adult visiting, you will have to book your play session and purchase admission ticket for the additional pax.
  • No cancellation is allowed once registration is accepted and fee is paid.
  • Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • In the event if the class minimum (i.e. min. 10 children to start a class) is not fulfilled and is cancelled, 100% of the paid fee will be refunded.
  • There will be no make-up classes or refunds for missed classes. any such arrangement is at the discretion of KIZTOPIA.
  • If a cancellation due to medical reasons happen, partial amount of the paid fee will be refunded. A doctor's letter or medical certificate is required for verification.
  • Strictly no swopping of adults at any given time during each programme day. Extra charges will be imposed for any additional adult.
  • Socks are compulsory for all guests (not included in purchase).
  • Purchaser acknowledges that he/she has read, understood and accepted the terms & conditions of the Conditions of Sale which are set out at and the same are duly incorporated herein.

Listing Types

Direct Listings

Direct are purchase made directly on for the listed service and/or product. You will pay to BYKidO for the service or product. Additional fees may be payable to the partner, eg, delivery, material, etc, and these will be stated within the listing.  

To use your purchase, simply follow the instructions in the listing or read below for more details. 

Coupon Listings

Coupons allows you to enjoy exclusive promotions and deals with our partners. For these listings, you purchase the Coupon on to enjoy the benefit with our partners. 

In general, there are 2 payments to be made, 

  1. to purchase the Coupon with BYKidO.
  2. to pay for the merchant partner's offering directly with to the merchant. 

To use your Coupon, simply follow the instructions in the listing or read below for more details. 

Externa Listings

External listings are for purchases not made on You are either provided with a promo code to complete payment with our merchant partner or redirected to our partner's page to complete your purchase directly with them.

Redemption Mechanics

This refers to how you use your purchase eVoucher, ticket or promo code listing. Specific instructions are provided within the redemption instructions within the listing description. 

The redemption mechanics will be stated in the confirmation email sent to you on any purchase made. 

Contact the Merchant Partner

An email with a Redemption No. will be sent to your registered email address. You will contact and book directly with the merchant (unless otherwise stated in the individual listing), using the Redemption No. as an identifier. 

Specific instructions will be provided in the redemption instructions within the listing description. 

eWallet Redemption

The purchase has been added to your eWallet, and the eWallet link will be sent to you via email and SMS. Simply show your eWallet at the partner's venue, and our partner will enter their unique PIN. You may retrieve your eWallet here

If you do not receive the email or SMS, please go to your eWallet and update your personal information. Phone no. should be in the format +65 XXXX XXXX.

No Action Required

There's is no further action required on your end (unless otherwise stated in the redemption instructions). The partner will fulfill your redemption accordingly and their contact details are provided in the listing, in case you need to contact them.

What can be refunded?

When refunds are applicable, we will review the request on a case-by-case basis. Do note that refunds will be for the amount paid on the BYKidO platform, and not for any amount paid directly to the merchant. 

What cannot be refunded?

Once the item has been received or the service rendered, BYKidO will no longer be able to offer any direct refunds. Instead, refund requests related to amount paid directly to the merchant, or when items have been received or services rendered, will be directed to the respective merchant of the item / service.

For these cases, you may contact the merchant directly or approach us for assistance. While we are not able to do a direct refund, we are committed to resolving any issues between you and our merchants, and will assist you accordingly.
