  • Only valid for selected dates in May and June
  • Package is for 2 adults and 1 child (below 12 yrs old) in a room only. 
  • Families with 2 children below the age of 7 yrs old, may choose the 1 Room Package with an extra bed
  • Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 12 pm. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
  • Pools and Meals will require reservation during your stay, please book early to avoid disappointment (recommended 2 days prior to stay). 

    Redemption Instructions

    • Purchase on BYKidO
    • Receive *confirmation email with Redemption No. and purchase details.
      • A 2nd email will be sent by end-of-day for additional confirmation and details required for the booking. 
    • Provide confirmation email and details on arrival

        • No cancellation, refund or change is allowed 
        • A 2nd email will be sent for additional confirmation and details for booking. 
        • Packages are subject to availability. In the scenario, that there are no rooms available, a full refund will be provided. 
          • Not valid with other discounts, promotions, and privileges 
          • Strictly no refund or cancellation after confirmation of purchase
          • Partner reserves the right to amend, withdraw and modify the terms of this listing
          • General Terms and Conditions apply. 

          We offer 100% refunds for items not yet out for delivery or services not yet rendered, except in exceptional cases. 

          What can be refunded?

          When refunds are applicable, we will review the request on a case-by-case basis. Do note that refunds will be for the amount paid on the BYKidO platform, and not for any amount paid directly to the merchant. 

          What cannot be refunded?

          Once the item has been out for delivery or the service rendered, BYKidO will no longer be able to offer any direct refunds. Instead, refund requests related to amount paid directly to the merchant, or when items have been received or services rendered, will be directed to the respective merchant of the item / service.

          Refund Assistance 

          For these cases, you may contact the merchant directly or approach us for assistance. While we are not able to do a direct refund, we are committed to resolving any issues between you and our merchants, and will assist you accordingly.
