Body, Movement + Space 1-Day Camp 

Children will learn how to respond to different rhythms and music, explore various movement patterns, and express themselves creatively through physical movements. They will learn to encapsulate and translate these movements to tangible wearable forms and designed objects.

Children will experience the synergy of both disciplines, RAW Moves’ contemporary dance techniques with structured play and DesignTinkers’ creative hands-on tinkering with open-ended materials to translate their ideas to built designs.

The camp is held in our spacious and conducive classroom and dance studio for kids to create and explore freely under guidance.

Cancellation Policy 

For cancellations of camp/ workshop due to unforeseen COVID restrictions, a full refund will be issued to you.

Given the limited availability of slots due to the small size of our camp/ workshop, we do not accept cancellations once booked and full payment made, if there is a change of mind.

Camp/ workshop bookings are however transferable to another child of the same age group if your child is unable to attend, if a written request is made 7 days prior to camp/ workshop.

DesignTinkers reserves the right to cancel a camp/ workshop if minimum group size sign-ups requirement is not obtained, or when Covid-19 safe management measures cannot be met, you will be notified 5 days before camp start date and a full refund will be issued to you.

Given the nature of a camp format, we are unable to offer make-up camps in the event of a no-show or cancellation. Any alternative arrangements that may be offered out of goodwill (e.g. joining a similar camp at a different location/date/time) are strictly subject to availability. No refunds will be given if an alternative arrangement cannot be arranged.

In the event that your child presents any Covid-19 symptoms on any given day of the camp/ workshop, we seek your cooperation to see a doctor, keep them home and not attend the camp/ workshop. Children who appear to our facilitators to be symptomatic on the day of camp/ workshop will not be allowed to join and they will be required to be picked up promptly. We will issue a credit note upon the receipt of a medical certificate, and an alternative arrangement will be made for your child to attend another session suitable for his age and interest if available, otherwise, a full refund will be issued to you.

We offer 100% refunds for items not yet out for delivery or services not yet rendered, except in exceptional cases. 

What can be refunded?

When refunds are applicable, we will review the request on a case-by-case basis. Do note that refunds will be for the amount paid on the BYKidO platform, and not for any amount paid directly to the merchant. 

What cannot be refunded?

Once the item has been out for delivery or the service rendered, BYKidO will no longer be able to offer any direct refunds. Instead, refund requests related to amount paid directly to the merchant, or when items have been received or services rendered, will be directed to the respective merchant of the item / service.

Refund Assistance 

For these cases, you may contact the merchant directly or approach us for assistance. While we are not able to do a direct refund, we are committed to resolving any issues between you and our merchants, and will assist you accordingly.
