Creative Culinaire: Junior Bakers - Foundation Cake and Pastry Course

Creative Culinaire Junior presents Junior Baking Mastery Program. The comprehensive 4-session course is designed for young aspiring bakers aged 9 - 16, who are able to work independently. With small class sizes, hands-on activities, and experienced instructors, our junior bakers will learn essential baking skills and master baking techniques required for making classic favourites.

Junior Bakers - Foundation Cake and Pastry Course

Participants will learn:

• Learn safety and hygiene in the pastry kitchen.
• Understand the functions of basic cake and pastry making ingredients
• Understand the basic science of cake - structure formation, leavening, baking process
• Gain competence in cake and pastry making techniques - measuring ingredients, mixing batter by hand and machine, rolling dough, shaping and filling , controlling baking time and temperature, applying finishing touches, storing end products.

Lesson 1:  Mini Pound Cakes & Hokkaido Cupcakes, Thu, 15 June: 9.30am - 1.30pm

Lesson 2:  Japanese Shortcake & Swiss roll, Fri, 16 June: 9.30am - 1.30pm

Lesson 3: Fruit Tart & Frangipane Tarts, Thu, 22 June: 9.30am - 1.30pm

Lesson 4:  Quiche and Pasties, Fri, 23 June: 9.30am - 1.30pm

We offer 100% refunds for items not yet out for delivery or services not yet rendered, except in exceptional cases. 

What can be refunded?

When refunds are applicable, we will review the request on a case-by-case basis. Do note that refunds will be for the amount paid on the BYKidO platform, and not for any amount paid directly to the merchant. 

What cannot be refunded?

Once the item has been out for delivery or the service rendered, BYKidO will no longer be able to offer any direct refunds. Instead, refund requests related to amount paid directly to the merchant, or when items have been received or services rendered, will be directed to the respective merchant of the item / service.

For these cases, you may contact the merchant directly or approach us for assistance. While we are not able to do a direct refund, we are committed to resolving any issues between you and our merchants, and will assist you accordingly.
