Disclaimers (please read): 
1) Depending on our stock, there may be slight variations in the fittonia from the photo. For e.g., instead of giving one pink and one green fittonia, we will give 2 green fittonia. We hope to seek your understanding about this and please refrain from purchasing if you're particular about the colour of the fittonia.

2) The figurines assembled are from different sources so sometimes we may run out of stock for one of them. We may then assign the same figurine of another colour (for eg blue house replace yellow house), or assign another figurine belonging to the same theme (e.g. sheep replace cow) If that happens, we hope to seek your understanding about this and please refrain from purchasing if you're particular about the figurines.

3) The item will reach your doorstep via doorstep courier in 5 working days. Please input a delivery address whereby there will definitely be someone to pick up the parcel, e.g. your office address. All parcels for office addresses will be delivered during working hours. The parcel will be returned to the warehouse if nobody is at home and the recipient does not pick up the call.

4) If you're purchasing it as a gift for someone else, please indicate recipient's name, address, mobile in the "More Information" section at checkout. You may also leave a message for recipient and we'll write it on the parcel.

What can be refunded?

When refunds are applicable, we will review the request on a case-by-case basis. Do note that refunds will be for the amount paid on the BYKidO platform, and not for any amount paid directly to the merchant. 

What cannot be refunded?

Once the item has been out for delivery or the service rendered, BYKidO will no longer be able to offer any direct refunds. Instead, refund requests related to amount paid directly to the merchant, or when items have been received or services rendered, will be directed to the respective merchant of the item / service.
