SG Basketball

SG Basketball Pte Ltd is the leading basketball provider for Singapore. Our programs and events cater for players of all ages, from beginner to advanced level.

Our coaches and tournament organisers are passionate about ensuring that every participant has a positive experience - and that their sport experience enriches their lives.

All group trainings are 1.5 hours long.

SG Basketball - Group Training Credit For Kids 

Prices for new sign-ups include a one-time registration fee and training T-shirt.

Credits do not expire and are not transferable or refundable. One credit will be deducted upon attendance of any group training or match. Trainees must use the credits to book classes via the SG Basketball platform. Trainees without credits will not be allowed to book for classes.

      • Purchase directly on BYKidO to receive redemption no. as proof of purchase for SG Basketball Group Training Credit, prices inclusive of GST.
      • Suitable for children 3 - 17 Years Old
      • Credits do not expire and are not transferable or refundable
      • One credit will be deducted upon attendance of any group training or match
      • Trainees with sufficient credits are able to book their trainings in advance, on a first-come-first served basis, and by 2359 of the previous day
      • Users must create a new account on SG Basketball platform before they are able to proceed with bookings (instructions will be provided) 
      • Once a class is full, sign-ups will be placed on a waiting list and contacted should there be any opening
      • No refund, cancellation or rescheduling are allowed upon payment
      • Not valid with other discounts, promotions, and privileges

      To help you enjoy more, we have 3 listing types and 3 main redemption mechanics. Listing type refers to what is listed on bykido.com, and redemption mechanics refers to how you can use your purchase. 

      Listing Types

      This refers to what is listed on bykido.com. You will see the listing type stated on the top of each listing. There are 3 listing types, eVouchers, Tickets and Promo Code. 

      eVouchers 

      eVouchers allows you to enjoy exclusive promotions and deals with our partners. For these listings, you purchase the eVoucher on bykido.com to enjoy the benefit with our partners. 

      In general, there are 2 payments to be made, 

      1. to purchase the eVoucher with BYKidO.
      2. to pay for the merchant partner's offering directly with to the merchant. 

      To use your eVoucher, simply follow the instructions in the listing or read below for more details. 

      Tickets 

      Tickets are direct purchase on bykido.com for the listed service and/or product. You will pay to BYKidO, unless additional fees are payable to the partner, eg, delivery, material, etc, these will be stated within the listing.  

      To use your Ticket, simply follow the instructions in the listing or read below for more details. 

      Flash and Redeem / Promo Code

      Promo Code listings will require you to either show the listing to the partner or to use the promo code with the partner. For certain listings, you will be redirected to our partner's page to complete your purchase directly with them. 

      Specific instructions are provided within the listings. 

      Redemption Mechanics

      This refers to how you use your purchase eVoucher, ticket or promo code listing. Specific instructions are provided within the redemption instructions within the listing description. 

      The redemption mechanics will be stated in the confirmation email sent to you on any purchase made. 

      Email Redemption 

      An email with a Redemption No. will be sent to your registered email address. You will contact and book directly with the merchant (unless otherwise stated in the individual listing), using the Redemption No. as an identifier. 

      Specific instructions will be provided in the redemption instructions within the listing description. 

      eWallet Redemption

      The purchase has been added to your eWallet, and the eWallet link will be sent to you via email and SMS. Simply show your eWallet at the partner's venue, and our partner will enter their unique PIN. You may retrieve your eWallet here

      If you do not receive the email or SMS, please go to your eWallet and update your personal information. Phone no. should be in the format +65 XXXX XXXX. 

      Specific instructions will be provided in the redemption instructions within the listing description. 

      Direct Redemption

      There's is no further action required on your end (unless otherwise stated in the redemption instructions). The partner will fulfill your redemption accordingly and their contact details are provided in the listing, in case you need to contact them.

      We offer 100% refunds for items not yet received or services not yet rendered, except in exceptional cases. 

      What can be refunded?

      When refunds are applicable, we will review the request on a case-by-case basis. Do note that refunds will be for the amount paid on the BYKidO platform, and not for any amount paid directly to the merchant. 

      What cannot be refunded?

      Once the item has been received or the service rendered, BYKidO will no longer be able to offer any direct refunds. Instead, refund requests related to amount paid directly to the merchant, or when items have been received or services rendered, will be directed to the respective merchant of the item / service.

      Refund Assistance 

      For these cases, you may contact the merchant directly or approach us for assistance. While we are not able to do a direct refund, we are committed to resolving any issues between you and our merchants, and will assist you accordingly.
