De Kinder Club - Kinder S.T.E.A.M Junior Classes

This class is an engaging hands-on class incorporating S.T.E.A.M concepts like science, engineering, mathematics and coding, together with literacy, numeracy, general knowledge, and art! This is great and a must-have for the ever-curious child, to build critical and creative thinking!

Trial Schedule:

• Saturdays, 10.15am – 11.45am
• Saturdays, 3.30pm – 5pm
• Sundays, 10.30am – 12pm

• Receive confirmation email from BYKidO as proof of purchase

Fine Print

• Valid for 1 child per redemption.
• Limited to only first-time students with De Kinder Club.
• All class packages are non-transferrable or refundable. No sharing of class package is allowed.
• If the timeslot of the trial class or fixed term package is not available, DKC would find an alternative timeslot for the parent during the same week/weekend. If the parent is not able to make it for the alternative timeslot, DKC will schedule the next available date of the timeslot that parent had paid for.
• Registration fee of $50 (includes a t-shirt, membership card, class materials) will be charged for 1^st time registrants.
• Booking is to be made with the merchant after purchase is made
• Preferred schedule is subject to school’s approval. Kindly check with the school on the available vacancies before purchase.
• Classes/Workshop purchase is Non Refundable / transferable
• No rescheduling or cancellation allowed once booking is confirmed
  
• Not valid with other discounts, promotions, and privileges

• Merchant reserves the rights to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

We offer 100% refunds for items not yet out for delivery or services not yet rendered, except in exceptional cases. 

What can be refunded?

When refunds are applicable, we will review the request on a case-by-case basis. Do note that refunds will be for the amount paid on the BYKidO platform, and not for any amount paid directly to the merchant. 

What cannot be refunded?

Once the item has been out for delivery or the service rendered, BYKidO will no longer be able to offer any direct refunds. Instead, refund requests related to amount paid directly to the merchant, or when items have been received or services rendered, will be directed to the respective merchant of the item / service.

Refund Assistance 

For these cases, you may contact the merchant directly or approach us for assistance. While we are not able to do a direct refund, we are committed to resolving any issues between you and our merchants, and will assist you accordingly.
