• Ticket is for a one-time entry with 3 hours of playtime for 1 participant below 12 years old and 1 accompanying adult only
• Ticket is only for Kiztopia Marina Square
• Tickets are not issued instantly. Once purchased, you will receive a confirmation email, and your ticket(s) will be sent to the email address used for purchase within 1 working day. 
• If multiple tickets are purchased in one order, they can only be used at the same time. If you wish to purchase multiple tickets to be used on different days, please make separate orders. 
• Tickets are valid for at least 1 month from purchase

• Each Single Admission ticket is valid for 1 participant below 12 years old and 1 accompanying adult only
  
• A Single Admission ticket holder is entitled to one-time entry. Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
  
• Children below 12 months at the time of admission can enter for free when accompanied by a paying participant and an adult. A birth certificate for verification is required
  
• A participant 18 years old and above must be present for the admission of any participant below 12 years old
  
• Socks are compulsory for all guests; socks will not be included in the purchase
  
• There will be a 10-min grace period. Thereafter, an additional charge of S$10 per hour will be imposed once the stipulated timing has exceeded more than 10 minutes
  
• Single Admission tickets purchased are non-refundable, not for resale, and cannot be exchanged for cash
  
• Each Admission ticket admits only one adult for its specific duration, and no such person may switch with another adult during the specified duration. Each additional adult will be charged S$12 per entry
  
• The purchaser acknowledges that he/she has read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions of the Conditions of Sale which are set out here: www.kiztopia.com; the same is duly incorporated herein
  
• In the event that the purchaser is purchasing the tickets for third parties, the purchaser shall procure that the adults of all participants, the purchaser’s agents, and affiliates have read and agreed with the terms and conditions of herein and the Conditions of Sale as stated here: www.kiztopia.com
  
• By purchasing this ticket, you are deemed to have read and agreed with the Conditions of Sale and agreed to be bound by them
  
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of KIZTOPIA is final

We offer 100% refunds for items not yet out for delivery or services not yet rendered, except in exceptional cases. 

What can be refunded?

When refunds are applicable, we will review the request on a case-by-case basis. Do note that refunds will be for the amount paid on the BYKidO platform, and not for any amount paid directly to the merchant. 

What cannot be refunded?

Once the item has been out for delivery or the service rendered, BYKidO will no longer be able to offer any direct refunds. Instead, refund requests related to amount paid directly to the merchant, or when items have been received or services rendered, will be directed to the respective merchant of the item / service.

For these cases, you may contact the merchant directly or approach us for assistance. While we are not able to do a direct refund, we are committed to resolving any issues between you and our merchants, and will assist you accordingly.
