Sentosa Islander Insider

The Sentosa Islander membership is a free lifetime membership open to all residents residing in Singapore, as well as tourists aged 15 years and above with a unique registered email address and mobile number.

Islanders enjoy a variety of perks at hotels, attractions and F&B outlets on Sentosa. The Insider tier gives you additional perks, including

  • 365 days of free admission to Sentosa
  • 4 hours of free parking at selected Sentosa carparks each day
  • $20 birthday voucher
  • 400 Islander points to exchange for $5 Islander cash voucher

This referral code is valid for new sign ups from now till 30 Mar 2023 only. Your Insider status will be valid for 1 year and will be renewed automatically if you accumulate the required spending to maintain the tier (400 points earned).

What can be refunded?

When refunds are applicable, we will review the request on a case-by-case basis. Do note that refunds will be for the amount paid on the BYKidO platform, and not for any amount paid directly to the merchant. 

What cannot be refunded?

Once the item has been out for delivery or the service rendered, BYKidO will no longer be able to offer any direct refunds. Instead, refund requests related to amount paid directly to the merchant, or when items have been received or services rendered, will be directed to the respective merchant of the item / service.

For these cases, you may contact the merchant directly or approach us for assistance. While we are not able to do a direct refund, we are committed to resolving any issues between you and our merchants, and will assist you accordingly.
